William F. Charrie, age 70, of Pittsburgh, formerly of Penn Hills passed away on Saturday, December 14, 2024.  William was born on December 20, 1953 the son of the late Charles and Julia (Mayer) Charrie.  William was worked in the auto industry doing many things.  He loved NASCAR, the Steelers, Penguins and Pirates, camping and working on cars with his friends.  In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother Roger Charrie.  He is survived by his children; his twin sons Andrew (Gina) and Anthony (Caylin) Charrie and his daughter Shannon Charrie; his brothers Charles Charrie (Stephanie), James Charrie (Brenda), Scott Charrie (the late Wendy) and Brian Charrie (Jennifer); his grandchildren Braeden, Mia, Jordan, Geno, Emilia and Vito; and his former wife Sandra (Ahern) Charrie.  Family and friends will be received on Thursday Dec. 19 from 5-8 PM in the John M. Dobrinick Funeral Home Inc., 702 7th Street (State Rt. 130) Trafford.  Funeral services will be at the conclusion of visitation at 8 PM in the funeral home officiated by his brother James Charrie.  Burial will be private and at a later date.  To leave a condolence please visit www.dobrinickfhinc.com.
