Wayne R. Phillips, age 71, of Trafford (Cavittsville) passed away on Thursday December 7, 2023 in the Excela Health Westmoreland Hospital, Greensburg.  Wayne was born on March 14, 1952 in North Huntingdon the son of the late Richard and Romaine (Leddon) Phillips.  Wayne retired from US Steel Edgar Thompson Works, he enjoyed hunting and coaching sports in his younger years and loved traveling the country on his Harley with his late wife Debbie.  Wayne also was a member of the Larimer Fire Department Social Club and Pool League and was known for helping others in their need anytime he could.  Wayne definitely lived life to the fullest and he had a big infectious laugh that everyone loved.  In addition to this parents Wayne was preceded in death by his wife Debbie Phillps.  He is survived by his children Crystal Trasoline of Greensburg, Chelsea Silliman of Poolville, TX and step-daughter Hope Phillabaum; his grandchildren Wesley Byerly, Savannah Spoonhoward, Haley Martinez, Dalton Stafford and Tyler Hutsko; his great-grandchildren Presley and Oaklyn Spoonhoward, Melody Martinez, Zander, Carter and Journie Stafford; and his siblings Carol Paul of Greensburg, Donna Phillips of North Carolina and George Phillips of Pittsburgh.  Family and friends will be received on Saturday December 9, 2023 from 2-4 PM in the John M.
