Virginia L. Coulter, age 60, of Trafford passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday July 13, 2022 in her home.  Virginia was born on March 2, 1962 in McKeesport the daughter of the late Harry and Virginia (Kelly) Coulter.  Virginia is survived by her companion of 33 years Edward J. Tkocs Jr. and numerous friends.  As per Virginia’s wishes there will be no viewing or services.  The John M.
