Robert J. "Bob" Hartman

Robert J. “Bob” Hartman, age 82 of Penn Twp., formerly of Level Green passed away on Friday June 9, 2023.  Bob was born on January 16, 1941 in Pittsburgh the son of the late Sebastian and Genevieve (Salacinski) Hartman.  Bob was a mechanical engineer and retired from SMS Engineering.  He was a member of the St. Regis Church in Trafford, a veteran of the US Air Force, a former board member of the Level Green Recreation Board, President of the Norwin Senior Softball Association, a member of the Swickley + 55 Volleyball and Basketball Group and a member of the Murrysville Senior Centers.  Bob is survived by his wife of 56 years Judith “Judy” L. (Kramer) Hartman; his children Jeff Hartman (Veronica) and Amy Florio (Perry); his grandchildren Katie Florio, Michael Hartman, Ryan Florio, and Rachel Hartman; and his siblings Timothy Hartman (Wanda), Janet Voyten (Frank) and Joann Murphy.  Family and friends will be received on Tuesday from 2:30 PM until 8 PM in the John M. Dobrinick Funeral Home Inc., 702 7th St. (State Rt. 130) Trafford 412-372-3111.  Parting prayers will be on Wednesday at 10:30 AM in the funeral home followed by a funeral Mass at 11 AM in the St. Regis Church with Fr.
