Richard J. "Dick" Earl

Richard J. “Dick” Earl, age 92, of Trafford passed away on Sunday, October 16, 2022 in Promedica of Monroeville.  Dick was born on March 26, 1930 in Trafford the son of the late Paul and Sue (Patterson) Earl.  Dick was a veteran of the US Army during the Korean War.  He retired from WABCO in Wilmerding, he was a member of the Trafford American Legion Post 331 for 70 years and he was a Mason with Plum Creek Lodge #799.  Dick was a very outgoing and generous person.  He was well liked and had lots of friends and acquaintances.  In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his siblings Pauline Dragon, Anna Mae Scanlon, Ray and Chuck Earl and a nephew.  He is survived by his brother Jim Earl (Marlene); 12 nieces and nephews and numerous great and great-great nieces and nephews. Family and friends will be received for a memorial visitation on Monday from 10 AM until the time of a memorial service at 11 AM in the John M.
