Patricia L. Schmeltz

Patricia L Schmeltz (Novak), age 73, of Wall passed away on Thursday July 2, 2026 in her home surrounded by her loving family. Patricia was born on August 6, 1952 in McKeesport to the late Edward and Margaret Novak. Patricia was a current member of the McKeesport Congregation of Jehovah’s Witnesses. She enjoyed talking to people about the Bible and the hope we have for the future. Patricia also enjoyed working outside in the yard, planting flowers and visiting with neighbors. She will truly be missed by her family and friends. Patricia was preceded in death by her brother Terry Novak and her young son Eric Michael Schmeltz. She is survived by her husband of 48 years, Eric Schmeltz, her children Kristen Heyer (Sean), Jessica Bowers (Joshua), and Edward Schmeltz (Cindy), her brothers Allan Novak (Racquel) and Edward Novak (Linda), as well as numerous cousins, nieces and nephews. There will be no visitation. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, July 18th, 2026 at 2:00 pm at the Trafford Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses, 14051 Route 993, Trafford, PA, 15085.  The John M.
