Patricia Catherine (Donovan) Mason

Patricia Catherine Mason, age 80, of Level Green, passed away on December 8, 2021. She was born on April 23,1941 the daughter of the late Paul F. Donovan and Catherine Gilkey Donovan. Preceded in death by her husband of 50 years, Bryan T. Mason and brother Paul G. Donovan. Pat retired from Kranick Environmental Contractors where she worked as an accountant. She acquired her A.S. degree from CCAC during her tenure. She was happy, loving, kind and generous. She knew how to listen, could make you feel special, and had a gift for making people happy. She was a Girl Scout Troop Leader, a volunteer at St. Regis School Cafeteria, and belonged to Level Green Women’s Club. She loved to travel and plan her family’s vacations. She is survived by her two children, Theresa L. (Mason) Rieth of Chattanooga, TN and John J. Mason and his wife Tracey L. Rechter-Mason of Murrysville; three grandchildren, Johnathon Sage Rieth, Jessica Pink Brouillard, and Brittany A. Rechter; and sister-in-law Marjorie Donovan. Visitation will be on Sunday, December 12, 2021 from 2-6PM PM in the John M. Dobrinick Funeral Home Inc., 702 7th St. (State Rt. 130), Trafford, 412-372-3111. Parting prayers will be on Monday at 10:30 AM in the funeral home followed by a funeral Mass at 11AM in the St. Regis Catholic Church where Pat was a faithful member.  Interment will be private. In lieu of flowers memorials can be made to St. Regis Catholic Church, 517 Homewood Ave. Trafford, PA 15085 or to Make-A-Wish America 1702 East Highland Ave., Suite 400 Phoenix, AZ 85016.
