A charismatic and good-natured man with a magnetic sense of humor who cared deeply for his family and friends, Nathan Bucar, 35, of Los Angeles, CA, died Saturday, January 4, 2025.
Born on May 16, 1989, Nate was proud of his Penn-Trafford and Pittsburgh-area roots. It was there that he launched his film making talents, relocating to Los Angeles in 2017 to further enhance his career.
Nate was so much more than the film writer and director that he aspired to be. He was a spark and infectious tone setter in any situation. His authentic and fun-loving personality captured the admiration of everyone he met.
Even more, Nate was a devoted son, brother, uncle, nephew, and friend. His greatest pride was his family. Nate’s family extended beyond his home. He considered close friends as family members. Over the years, this extended family of friends has grown across the nation and stands as a testament to the all-embracing love and respect that people had for Nate.
A Funeral Liturgy and Celebration of Nate's Life will be held at John M. Dobrinick Funeral Home Inc., 702 7th Street (State Rt. 130), Trafford, 412-372-3111 on Saturday February 1st beginning at 11:30 AM. A reception will follow at Atria’s Murrysville, 4869 William Penn Hwy, Murrysville, PA.
