Mary (DePaul) Pergar age 93, of North Huntingdon, formerly of Trafford and Pitcairn, passed away peacefully on December 31, 2020. She was preceded in death by her husband John, parents Anthony and Mary Ann DePaul, 10 siblings, grandson Andy, and daughter-in-law Colleen. Surviving are her children Michael (Barbara), Lawrence (Diane), John (Donna), Teresa (Mark) Brennan, Marianne (Mark Shaffer) Elkin, 11 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren. Mary was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother. She was a faithful member at St. Regis Church. During her life she worked at the Trafford School cafeteria, Sherm Edwards Candy, and the Trafford voting polls. She enjoyed playing cards, crossword puzzles, and Penquin games. Family and friends will be received on Sunday, Jan. 3 from 2-6 PM in the John M. Dobrinick Funeral Home Inc., 702 7th Street, (State Rt. 130) Trafford 412-372-3111. Parting prayers will be at 9:30 AM in the funeral home followed by a funeral Mass on Monday at 10 AM at St. Regis Church, 517 Homewood Avenue, Trafford with Fr. George Saletrick as celebrant. Interment will follow in the Good Shepherd Cemetery, Monroeville. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to St. Regis Catholic Church. www.dobrinickfhinc.com
