Marjorie Mae “Margie” (Connahan) Little, age 91, of Level Green passed away on Friday, February 27, 2026 in her home surrounded by her loving family.  Margie was born on September 2, 1934 in Evansville, IN the daughter of the late George and Gertrude (Foy) Connahan. Marjorie was a graduate of the Mercy Hospital School of Nursing as a Registered Nurse in 1956.  During her 10 years of nursing, she was employed at five different hospitals in the Pittsburgh Area.  She and her husband Duke were blessed with their five children, Patty, Kenny, Terry, Mike and Denny.  Margie’s father was a tough Irishman, who even showed her how to repair automobile engines.  Besides her nursing she was a talented writer taking many writing courses in the Chicago area.  After raising five children she was employed at the Norwin Agency, Inc. as an administrative assistant for 17 years.  She was a dedicated member of the Trinity United Methodist Church of Trafford.  Margie loved God, Jesus (who was her Savior) and the Holy Spirit (her comforter) who flowed through her.  In her final years she was cared for by five trained ladies, Beverly and April Beam, Karen Braddock, Patricia Padgett (her daughter) and Julie Richards.  Margie and Julie Richards formed a special bond of love and caring.  Duke knows Margie would like to give special thanks to Julie.   In addition to her parents Margie was preceded in death by her two sons Harry Kenneth Little and Terrence George “Terry” Little and her sister Marianne Hinkle.  Margie is survived by her loving husband of 69 years Harry H. “Duke” Little; her children Patricia (Little) Padgett, Michael Gerard “Mike” Little and wife Aileen, and Dennis “Denny” Little and wife Amy; her grandchildren Samuel Padgett, Anna Rose Little, William Michael Little, Megan Little, Brendan Little and Emma Little.  Family and friends will be received on Monday from 4-8 PM in the John M. Dobrinick Funeral Home Inc., 702 7th St. (State Rt. 130) Trafford 412-372-3111.  Additional visitation will be held on Tuesday from 10 AM to 10:45 AM in the Trinity United Methodist Church, 407 Duquesne Ave., Trafford.  Funeral services will begin at 11 AM in the church.  Interment will follow in the Brush Creek Cemetery, Hempfield Twp.  In lieu of flowers memorial donations can be made to the Trinity United Methodist Church, 407 Duquesne Ave. Trafford PA 15085.  www.DobrinickFHInc.com
