Obituary

Leroy F. Woodfill III, age 63, of Trafford passed away on Saturday, June 11, 2022. Leroy was born on May 26, 1959 in Wilkinsburg the son of the late Leroy F. Woodfill II and Carol Steigerwald. He served in the U.S. Army and was a retired carpenter. He loved to fish, and was a member of the Elizabeth Township Sportsmen Association. He is survived by his sisters Carol (Robert) King of Hunker, and Susan (Joseph) Hixson of Wilkins Twp.; his nieces Amanda, Nicole, Noelle; as well as 7 great-nieces and nephews; his special friend Karen Sylvester and her daughters Heather and Amber, and grandchildren Ricky, Heaven, and Aysha of which he considered as his own children and grandchildren. He is also survived by his devoted friend Terri Wertz of which looked after and took care of Leroy; and her daughter Jennifer. Lastly, he will be greatly missed by his cat Mimi. Family and friends will be received Wednesday from 4-7 PM in the John M. Dobrinick Funeral Home, Inc., 702 7th St. (State Rt. 130) Trafford 412-372-3111.
