Josephine Magdalene (Cimprich) Ammon, age 87, of Trafford passed away on Friday, December 26, 2025 in her home.   Josephine was born on March 15, 1938 in Trafford the daughter to the late Joseph P. and Jennie L. (Caruso) Cimprich.  Josephine was a member of the St. Regis Church, Trafford.  Josephine was creative and enjoyed sewing, and doing painting and other crafts.  In addition to her parents Josephine was preceded in death by her husband Donald J. “Donnie” Ammon Sr. in 2023.  Josephine is survived by her children Joseph Ammon (the late Becky), Denise Ammon, Donald J. Ammon Jr. (Paul) and Robert Ammon (Tracy); her grandchildren Ian Ammon (Claire) Carl Ammon, Adrienne Ammon (Shawn), Caleb Hahn, Jude and Noah Ammon. The family would like to thank Heartland Hospice Staff for caring for Josephine, especially Sharon and Cindy.   Family and friends will be received on Sunday December 28, 2025 from 2-6 PM in the John M. Dobrinick Funeral Home Inc., 702 7th St. (State Rt. 130) Trafford 412-372-3111.  Parting prayers of transfer will be held on Monday in the funeral home at 9:30 AM followed by a funeral Mass at 10 AM in the St. Regis Church with Fr.
