Joseph M. Zuzich, age 65, a lifelong resident of Level Green passed away unexpectedly on Friday April 3, 2026 doing what he loved the most, golfing with family and friends at the Cloverleaf Golf Club in Delmont. Joe was born on February 23, 1961 in Wilkinsburg the son of the late Joseph D. and Cecilia B. “Tillie” (Kotarski) Zuzich. Joe retired from FMS Construction and proudly worked for the Fazio family as the Director of Field Operations for over 20 years. He was a member of the Pittsburgh Carpenters Union #432. He was a member of the St. Regis Church in Trafford. Joe was the former president for the Level Green Baseball Association and coached his son for many years and also past President of the Greensburg Sportsman’s Club. He was passionate about hunting, fishing and golfing. He spent much of his time at his beloved camp in Tionesta with his son, brothers and friends. Most recently he traveled to Alaska on a successful caribou hunt. He was an avid fly fisherman and travelled to many destinations, including British Columbia. He never outgrew listening to 70’s southern rock and was the life of every party and always the last to leave. He is survived by his loving wife of 41 years Donna Lee (Loutsenhizer) Zuzich; his son Joseph Zuzich; his two brothers Mark Zuzich (wife Karen) and Keith Zuzich (wife Leann) Sister in law Jean Fishel and (husband Randy). He was the fun uncle Joe to his nieces and nephews. He also left behind his faithful hunting companions Duke and Pete. Family and friends will be received on Thursday from 2-4 & 6-8 PM in the John M. Parting prayers of transfer will be on Friday at 10:30 AM in the funeral home followed by a funeral Mass at 11 AM in the St. Regis Church, Trafford with Fr. Daniel Iletogbe as celebrant.
