Joann Zigarovich, age 93, of Trafford passed away on Saturday January 11, 2025 in Ashton Commons in Wexford.  Joann was born on July 24, 1931 in Trafford the daughter of the late Paul and Anna (Marshalek) Zigarovich.  She was preceded in death by her sisters Clara Ryan and Helen Siudyla.  Joann worked as a nurse at Mercy Hospital in Pittsburgh and then retired as a school nurse for the Penn-Trafford School District.  She was a member of the St. Regis Church in Trafford, a volunteer for the former Trafford Emergency Medical Service (TEMS) and she delivered meals for Meals on Wheels.  Joann is survived by her nieces and nephews Patricia Readal, Paul Siudyla, Nancy Lauzon, Kathy Sunday, John and Dave Ryan.  At Joann’s request there will be no visitation.  Family and friends are invited to attend her funeral Mass on Saturday, January 18, 2025 at 11 AM in the St. Regis Church, 517 Homewood Ave., Trafford with Fr.
