James E. Lowe, age 80, of Trafford passed away on Sunday, March 16, 2025 in the Forbes Regional Hospital, Monroeville.  James was born on September 1, 1944 in Wyandotte, MI the son of the late Raymond E. Sr. and Hazel (Thompson) Lowe.  James was a veteran of the Vietnam War serving with the US Army serving with the 597th Engineer Company, Third US Army.  He was a member of the Trafford American Legion Post 331.  He is survived by his daughter Kathryn Figuera; his grandson Michael Figuera; his siblings June O’Masta, Patty Grew and Debbie Katzman (Rick); and numerous nieces and nephews.  He was preceded in death by his two siblings Raymond E. Lowe Jr. and JoAnn McClintock.  Family and friends will be received on Saturday from 2-3:30 PM in the John M.
