Helen Jean "Dolly" (Snopko) DeMarchi

Helen “Dolly” Jean (Snopko) DeMarchi, 91, passed away on August 24, 2025, surrounded by her family after a prolonged illness.  She was born on February 26, 1934, to the late Michael and Mary (Kondas) Snopko of Trafford, Pennsylvania.  Helen married Victor DeMarchi on October 29, 1960, after meeting at Westinghouse. They celebrated 64 years of marriage as of October 2024. They were blessed with three children, Alan DeMarchi (Kathleen DeMarchi), of North Huntingdon; Diane Bates, of Trafford; and Kathleen Weisenbach (Lawrence Weisenbach), of Plum. Helen is survived by her husband, three children, eight grandchildren, Daniel (Emily DeMarchi), Joseph, Samantha, Sara, Jonathan, Alexandra, Brandon, and Logan; and first cousin, Mildred.  Helen was a lifelong member of St. Regis Catholic Parish.  She was preceded in death by her parents; her sisters, Evelyn Varchetto (Fiore “Frank” “Boj” Varchetto) and Mariann Yoha (John Yoha); and her brother, William Snopko.  Family and friends will be received on Thursday August 28, 2025 from 10 AM until the time of her funeral Mass at 11 AM in the St. Regis Church, 517 Homewood Ave. Trafford with Fr. Daniel Carr as celebrant.  Anyone attending the funeral Mass please go directly to the church.  Private entombment will follow in the Twin Valley Memorial Park, Delmont.  The John M.
