Gloria Jean Schmidt, 71, of Plum, went to be with her Lord and Savior, Friday June 21, 2024.  She was born on February 19, 1953, a daughter of the late Violet Bowersox (Walt) and James Greenwalt, Sr.  She proudly served her country as a member of the U.S. Army Reserve.  She is survived by her loving sons, David Schmidt (Joyce) and James Schmidt (Erica); grandchildren, Blake, Brenynn, Zach and Kaitlynn; sisters, Ruth D’Ambrosio (Tony), Delores Cherico (George), Debbie Hromy (Chuck) and Diane Shoemaker; also, many nieces, nephews and friends.  She was preceded in death by siblings, James (Butch) Greenwalt, Jr. and Naomi Faye Haywood.  Services will remain private.
