Obituary

Doris Irene (Davidson) Altman, age 80 of Level Green passed away on Wednesday March 9, 2022 surrounded by her family at home.  Dorie was born on July 3, 1941 in Wilkinsburg, the daughter of the late Alexander and Beulah (Gaddis) Davidson.  Dorie was a member of the Level Green Presbyterian Church.  She taught for more than 20 years at the Level Green Play Group at the Church. Dorie loved to bowl, read, make ceramics and playing cards with her card club.  Dorie is survived by her husband of 61 years Richard Altman; her children Donald Altman (Brenda) of Spanish Fort, AL, Caryn Gabianelli (Frank) of Seymour, CT, and William Altman (Jeannie) of Acworth, GA; as well as her grandchildren Preston, Hannah, Kaylin, Julia, Drake and Sophia Altman and her sister Vivian (Davidson) Palmer of Brookville, MD.  Family and friends will be received on Sunday from 4-6 PM in the John M.
