Donna M. Zuzik

Donna M. Zuzik, 63, of Trafford, passed away Tuesday July 27, 2021 in her residence surrounded by her family. The daughter of the late Donald and Grace (Wadsworth) Greene. She was a long-time employee at Forbes Hospital in Monroeville, PA and most recently was employed with UPMC Medical Center which ended her 32-year career in the medical field. She enjoyed spending time with friends and family, and was considered a surrogate mother to many of her children’s friends over the years. Donna is survived by her beloved husband John T., her three loving children John P. (Heather) of VA, Jason of Trafford, and Dana (Jason) of Trafford; her five beautiful grandchildren Mia, Joshua, Jacob, Aubree, and Henry; as well as her younger brother Keith Green. Family and friends will be received on Friday from 5 PM until the time of the memorial service at 7PM with Fr. Thomas Dansak in the John M. Dobrinick Funeral Home Inc., 702 7th Street.
