Dewey W. Wampler

Dewey W. Wampler, age 69, of Harrison City passed away on Friday, March 18, 2022. Dewey was born on June 18, 1952 in Wilkinsburg the son of the late Samuel C. and Margaret A. (Brickner) Wampler. He worked at Westinghouse Printing and then MSA where he retired. Dewey was also a member of Sons of American Legion-Trafford Post 331.  He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and going to camp. He loved his family; he was a special husband, father, brother, pap and pappy. He is survived by his wife Susan Wampler; his children Jill M. Lynch (Keith) and Bryan J. Wampler (Tiffany); his grandchildren Noah Wampler, Hunter Lynch, Kaitlyn Wampler, Christine Wampler, and Winnie Mendez; his great-grandchildren Dasan Wampler, Zur’ayia and Junior Reynolds; and his siblings Leroy Wampler (Mary Pat) and Pamela McDaniel (Elmer).  Family and friends will be received on Wednesday from 2-4 & 6-8 PM in the John M.
