Debra Prosser age 61 of Pitcairn passed away on Monday, January 25, 2021. Debra was born on March 16, 1959 in Pitcairn the daughter of the late Richard “Dick” and Edwina “Winnie” (Mance) Walton. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother Richard “Dickie” Walton.  Debra is survived by her husband Robert “Bob” Prosser; her two sons Robert “Bobby” Prosser (Andrea) of Pitcairn and Jesse James Prosser (Chrystal) of E. McKeesport; and her sister Dawn Nguyen of Trafford. A private memorial will be held at a later date.  The JOHN M.
