Bernadette M. Miller

Bernadette Marie Miller, age 81, of Philadelphia, formerly of Level Green and Pittsburgh passed away on March 19, 2025 in Nazareth Hospital, Philadelphia.  She was born December 31, 1943 in Braddock, PA, the daughter to the late Glenn A. and Margaret A. (Palchak) Miller. Bernadette grew up in Level Green and later lived in Pittsburgh and Philadelphia.  She graduated from Penn Joint High School and later in life, graduated from Smith College, Northampton, MA.  In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her brother, Alfred Miller.  Bernadette is survived by her sister, Jean (Richard) Hajnosz; her niece Richelle (Ryan) Lehman and nephews Joshua (Carolee) Hajnosz, and Christopher (JoAnn) Hajnosz; three great-nephews and five great-nieces.  There will be no viewing and all services will be private.  As Bernadette was a lover of cats, if so desired, contributions can be made in Bernadette’s memory to the Humane Society of Westmoreland County, PO Box 1552, Greensburg, PA  15601.  The John M.
