Anthony “Tony” Zigarovich, age 85, of N. Huntingdon passed away on Monday May 2, 2022 in the Forbes Regional Hospital, Monroeville. Tony was born on June 11, 1936 in Trafford the son of the late Martin and Louisa (Malik) Zigarovich. Tony retired from Westinghouse R & D Center as a lab Technician. He was a member of the Immaculate Conception Church, Irwin, a social member of the Irwin American Legion and Larimer Fire Department. He coached basketball and baseball in youth sports, and was an avid fan of all Notre Dame sports, especially football. In addition to his parents, Tony was preceded in death by six brothers and one sister. He is survived by his wife of 54 years Suzanne “Sue” (Willey) Zigarovich; his children Joseph, Mark, Richard (Rachael), Anthony Jr. and Christine; his 11 grandchildren including Daniel, Jacob, Alex, Samuel, Luke and Olivia; and his siblings Emma Tiett, Betty Sherrill and Karl Zigarovich. Family and friends will be received in the John M. Dobrinick Funeral Home Inc., 702 7th St., (State Route 130) Trafford, 412-372-3111 on Friday from 4-7 PM. A blessing service will be at 11AM on Saturday in the funeral home with Fr. Roniel Duenas officiating. Interment will follow in the Immaculate Conception Cemetery, Irwin.
