Anna (Jankovich) Pieczynski

Anna (Jankovich) Pieczynski, age 88 of Trafford passed away on Tuesday, November 4, 2025.  Anna was born on October 6, 1937 in Wall the daughter of the late Nick and Anna (Blazowich) Jankovich.  Anna was a member of the St. Nicholas Serbian Eastern Orthodox Church in Monroeville and the St. John Kanty Lodge #855 (Trafford Polish Club). Mom was a devoted homemaker taking care of our family throughout the years, making memories on outdoor camping and fishing trips. She loved socializing, Steeler games and games of chance.  She was preceded in death by her loving husband Alvin T. Pieczynski; her siblings George, Ralph, Milos, Daniel and Betty Jankovich, Violet Padezan, Mildred Tarbuck and Diane Parker.  Anna is survived by her two sons Alvin T. Pieczynski Jr. (June) and David Pieczynski (Beth); her grandchildren Jordan (Adam), Ali (fiancé Barry) and Heath (Olivia) Pieczynski; a great-grandson Rhett Pieczynski; and her sister Yvonne “Vonnie” Jankovich.  Family and friends will be received on Thursday from 3-7 PM in the John M. Dobrinick Funeral Home Inc., 702 7th Street (State Rt. 130) Trafford 412-372-3111.  Funeral services and Pomen will be held on Friday at 10 AM in the funeral home with Rev. Fr.
