Ann M. (Capan) Adamik

Ann M. (Capan) Adamik, age 96, of Level Green passed away on Wednesday, March 3, 2021 in her home.  Ann was born on September 17, 1924 in Trafford the daughter of the late Joseph and Katie (Vidmar) Capan.  Ann was a member of the St. Regis Church, Trafford.  Ann was a homemaker, wonderful cook, and baker. Her specialty was pierogies and ladylocks. Her family fondly remembers her exceptional Thanksgiving dinners. She loved to grow flowers and listen to Croatian music. She enjoyed crocheting and cross stitching. She loved games and was hard to beat at Scrabble. Ann was a wonderful and loving mother to her children. In addition to her parents Ann was preceded in death by her husband Walter J. Adamik; and her siblings Helen Pohl, Mary Ondulich, Joseph and John Capan and Frances Padilla.  Ann is survived by her children Joseph Adamik (Mary), Ronald Adamik (Pat), Donald Adamik (Patty), Judy Adamik (the late John) and Marian Wilcox; her four grandchildren Kerry Adamik, Carolyn Roux, Ben and Jacob Wilcox; her two great-grandchildren Peter and Mark Roux; her sister Katherine Capan; and she is also survived by her faithful companion dog of 15 years, Becky. Visitation will be private.  A funeral Mass will be celebrated on Monday at 10AM in the St. Regis Church, 517 Homewood Ave. Trafford with Fr. George Saletrik as celebrant. If attending please go directly to the church.  Entombment will be in the New St. Joseph Mausoleum, N. Versailles.  The JOHN M.
