Albert J. Molnar, age 88, of Trafford passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family on Friday, September 26, 2025 in his home.   Al was born on March 23, 1937 in Johnstown the son of the late Eugene and Anna (Paul) Molnar.  Al worked for Westinghouse Research as a Professional Electrical and Mechanical Engineer, PE.  He later started his own Engineering Consulting business, EAD Corporation.  He was a member of the St. Regis Church in Trafford, a longtime member of the Greensburg Country Club, and avid golfer and hunter.  Al was a loving husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather and he adored his family.  In addition to his parents Al was preceded in death by his brothers Eugene, Ernest and Paul Molnar.   Al is survived by his loving wife of 59 years Georgia C. (Harnagy) Molnar; his children Timothy A. Molnar (Kristen) and Lisa Brown (Zach); his grandchildren Madison (Austin), Bailey (Alec), Tyler (Nikki), Zachary and Michael; his great granddaughter Alexandra; and his sister Mary Ann Lantzy (Ed).  Family and friends will be received on Sunday from 2-6 PM in the John M. Dobrinick Funeral Home Inc., 702 7th St. (State Rt. 130) Trafford 412-372-3111.  Parting prayers of transfer will be held on Monday in the funeral home at 9:30 AM followed by a funeral Mass at 10 AM in the St. Regis Church, Trafford with Fr.
