Virginia (Wesoloski) Malley

Virginia (Wesoloski) Malley, age 77, of Redstone Highlands in Murrysville, formerly of Trafford, passed away on December 11, 2017. Virginia was born on August 21, 1940 in Pittsburgh, the daughter of the late Andrew J. and Mary Alice (Henry) Wesoloski, and raised in Hendersonville, PA. Virginia was a mathematics teacher for the Penn-Trafford School District for many years and then a part-time adjunct professor for Seton Hill University after her retirement. She was a member of St. Regis Church in Trafford. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Eugene P. Malley, in 1999. Virginia is survived by her children, Patrick J. Malley (Stephanie) of Level Green and Margaret M. Owens (Mark) of Amarillo, TX; her grandchildren, Brandon and Ashley Owens, Bridget, Colleen, Kate, and Grace Malley; her siblings, Alice Turoczy of Painesville, OH, Margaret Wesoloski of Bethel Park, Fr. Richard Wesoloski of St. Bernard Parish in Mt. Lebanon, and Claire Crowley of Canonsburg. Family and friends will be received on Monday (Dec. 18) from 1-3 & 6-8 PM at the John M. Dobrinick Funeral Home, 702 7th St. (State Rt. 130) Trafford (412-372-3111). Parting prayers will be at 9 AM on Tuesday (Dec. 19) at the funeral home, followed by a funeral Mass celebrated at 9:30 AM at St. Regis Church with her brother, Fr. Wesoloski, as celebrant and Fr. David Nazimek concelebrating. Entombment will follow at St. Joseph Mausoleum, N. Versailles.
