June (Shirley) Swisshelm

June Swisshelm age 89 of Export, formerly of Trafford passed away on Saturday September 15, 2018 in her home surrounded by her loving family.  June was born on May 6, 1929 in Trafford the daughter of the late Elmer and Edna Mae (Horner) Shirley.  June was the matriarch of the family and she retired from Port Authority of Allegheny County as a bus driver.  June was an amazing painter, her drawings and paintings were so beautiful, a wonderful cook and baker. She collected recipes, dolls, she was always the first person on the dance floor and had a great sense of humor.  June was preceded in death by her siblings Anna Pascuzzi, Helen Bier, Hiram and Raymond Shirley and Virginia Cunko. June is survived by her children Shirley Swisshelm Hugus (Paul) of Salem Twp., Jack Swisshelm (Debbie) of Apollo, Kimberly Swisshelm Anker (Jack) of Salem Twp., Orbin “Buddy” Swisshelm (Kaye) of Murrysville, and Robin Swisshelm of Trafford; her grandchildren John Anker (Terri), Jeff Anker (Jody), Lee Ann Haney Ciuca, Brian Haney, Jami Anker Gregg (Bill), Jerrod Anker (Annette), Joshua Moreno (Danielle), Shawn Swisshelm (Samantha), Hunter and Niko Payne, Angelina Swisshelm, Julia and Nick Whaby; 19 great-grandchildren; 3 great-great-grandchildren and her siblings Naomi Broome of Apollo and Timothy Shirley of Florida.  A memorial visitation will be on Thursday from 4 PM until 7 PM the time of a memorial service in the John M. Dobrinick Funeral Home Inc., 702 7th St. (State Rt. 130) Trafford 412-372-3111 with the Rev.
