She had enthusiasm and zest for life and a wonderful disposition. Everyone she met was another new friend to say hi too. She greatly enjoyed her vacations with her family. Joan always seemed to have the right words of comfort at the right time and a hug to go along with it. She was the glue that held our family together and we could not have asked for a better Mother! The world needs more people like her. The world is emptier without her but heaven rejoices! Her zest for Christmas was very contagious!
