Ernest W. Keefer

Ernest W. Keefer age 75 of Trafford passed away on Sunday April 8, 2018 in Independence Court, Monroeville.  Ernest was born on August 12, 1942 in McKeesport the son of the late Percy and Mildred (Lindelof) Keefer.  Ernest retired from Westinghouse Research and Development in Churchill as a project manager.  He was a member of the Trinity United Methodist Church in Trafford.  He was preceded in death by his step-brother Frederick Earhart.   Ernest is survived by his loving wife of 48 years Janice I (Kiehl) Keefer; his children Bob Keefer (Cindy), Greg Keefer and Amy Keefer (Tony); his five grandchildren Manny, Miguel, Anthony, Joshua and Zachary.  Family and friends will be received on Wednesday from 6-8PM and Thursday from 2-4 & 6-8 PM in the John M. Dobrinick Funeral Home Inc., 702 7th St. (State Rt. 130) Trafford 412-372-3111.  Funeral services will be held on Friday at 11 AM in the funeral home with Pastor Justin Judy officiating.  Interment will follow.
