Margie Rose

Margie Rose age 85 of Penn Twp. died Wednesday, June 23, 2010 in the Cedars Hospice, Monroeville. Margie was born on December 4, 1924 in Ashville the daughter of the late Joseph and Pearl Crawford Risbon. Margie was a member of St. Regis Church, Trafford. She loved being involved with her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren and loved baking pies and bread for her family and friends. Margie was preceded in death by her beloved grandson Jonathan Sabol and siblings, Gilbert, Frances, Bernard Risbon, Josephine Pringle, Wilmer, Cletus, Clement, William, Alford and Merle Risbon and Mary Sirochman. Margie is survived by her high school sweetheart John J. "Jack" Rose who she married June 19, 1946 and was married to for 64 years; her loving children Elizabeth "Betty" Rennekamp and husband Steve of Penn Twp., Margery "Margie" Sabol and husband Donny of Greensburg, grandchildren Donnie Darragh, Stephen Rennekamp (Stephanie), Jennifer Layton (William), her late grandson's wife Darcy Sabol and Bethany Rose Sabol; her great-grandchildren Stephen, Tanner, Cole, Alison, Paige, Paul, Connor and Morgan and a brother and sister Thomas Gerald Risbon and Patricia Ruth Mendicino. Family and friends will be received from 2-4 & 6-8 PM on Friday in the John M. Dobrinick Funeral Home Inc., 702 7th St. (Rt. 130), Trafford, (412)-372-3111. Parting prayers will be at 9AM Saturday in the funeral home followed by a funeral mass at 9:30 AM in St. Regis Church, Trafford with the Rev. James D. Tringhese as celebrant. Interment will follow in the Westmoreland County Memorial Park, Hempfield Twp.
